From a hairline crack to a fully soaked crawl space, our Mentone crew has seen it and fixed it. No guesswork, no scare tactics — just a clear plan and a fair price.
Background-checked Mentone technicians · 24/7 dispatch
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Mentone technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Mentone crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Mentone homeowners.
Odor is often the very first clue Mentone homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Mentone crews see.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Mentone customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Mentone basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Mentone basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.

A Mentone technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Mentone horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.

"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
